Hey yall, I’m Sarah!

I am a wedding, portrait, maternity, branding, and lifestyle photographer with over 10 years experience behind the camera. While my home address lists Austin, TX, I also have the pleasure and privilege of splitting my time with Nashville, TN, where I first started and built my business.

Combining my love of people, beauty, fashion, love, families, entrepreneurship, and travel; photography is a passion I have truly never lost sight of. It is a love I found at an early age and it’s the biggest and most exciting blessing to be able to say I turned it into my career. It’s truly a dream come true to have the opportunity to do what I love, be creative, and make so many memories and connections every day of my life — all from behind my camera!

While I may have already mentioned Texas and Tennessee above, rest assured that my bags are packed and passport is ready to join you anywhere in the world! I have traveled to 41 states, 27 countries, and am more than ready to tag along to wherever your heart desires. Adventure is my middle name (it’s actually Mackenzie - surprise! Middle, not last!) 

When I’m not behind the camera or editing at a coffee shop, you can find me in the kitchen whipping up something sweet, paddling out on the lake, tuning into the latest and greatest binge-worthy show or taking a spontaneous roadtrip to…well... anywhere!

  • When planning your perfect wedding day, it’ll look a little something like this: Venue? Check. Dress? Check. Florals? Check. Food? Check. Music? Check. 

    While all of these are important parts of making sure your dream wedding comes to life, they will only last a day. The dress will be hung up, the cake will be eaten, and the band will be sent home. The photographs that capture all of this and beyond will last forever. They are there on your 50th wedding anniversary; they are there to show your children and then their children; they are there to fill your home with memories of love, happiness, and beauty-- all bringing you back to the day that started it all.

    Wedding photography is an investment, luxury, and a big decision- but anything that lasts forever should be! 

  • You will quickly find I am a BIG people person and making connections everywhere I go is a big part of my life. When you hire me, I make it a goal to make you feel as though it’s just a friend behind the camera; someone you feel comfortable and confident with from start to finish. I may have a camera in my hand, but I also have a shoulder to lean on, arms to hug, advice to give (I did used to manage events after all! Need planning advice? I’ve got you!), feet to dance with at the reception, and all the love and support you may need before, during, and after. 

  • I started this business with 2 main goals in mind: 1 ) to showcase one’s true beauty and authentic self; and 2) to document love in its truest form. That means no matter who you love, what you look like, how you identify yourself, or where you come from: you are worthy and deserving of celebration. Let’s capture it together! 

  • In the nature of photography, you will run into it all: surprise rain? Vendors not showing up? Need a safety pin? Grandma wandered off again?

    Listen… I got you. Stress should be the last thing you feel, whether that’s on your wedding day, getting updated family photos, or taking headshots and I am here to be one step ahead of you in any situation that arises. 

  • The answer to “can I bring my dog to my session?” is ALWAYS yes.
